With a great difference between the most expensive honeys in the world is the Elvish variety, a honey that reaches 5,000 euros/kg. Its high price is due to the difficulty of obtaining it, since it is obtained in a cave 1,800 meters deep in the Turkish city of Artvin.  The minerals found inside the cave give the product unique properties, which means that many also consider it to be the best in the world. Its color is golden and those who have tried it say that its flavor is truly unmatched.
